#DiversifyPortland introduces a new class for current budtenders, people looking to gain experience before entering the industry or community members just looking for knowledge about CBD, terpenes & the differences between cannabis and hemp. Becoming W.E.E.D certified gives individuals and companies a certificate showing they're accurately trained & ready to work in the Cannabis Industry. If your goals are to gather more information on cannabis or network with people in the industry this will be a great class for you as well. Discussed topics included: policy, regulations, cannabis & hemp education, terpene & cannabinoid education,  dispensary product familiarity, communication skill building, social awareness skill building & even up-sale/add-on sales training for budtenders! This class will help you feel empowered, knowledgeable and ready to connect to your community. We have a special certificate & incentives for companies that want to get their entire team certified.
